Burbank:

The City of Burbank now requires that all multi-family residential, commercial and industrial water service customers certify that certain water efficiency measures have been installed on their property. Specifically, low flow toilets (1.6 gallons per flush), shower heads (2.5 gallons per minute) and faucets . Properties must be in compliance by June 30, 2010. A Burbank Certificate of Compliance must be completed by a licensed contractor and forwarded to Burbank Water and Power.

RETROFITTING REQUIREMENTS
Retrofitting is required at the point of sale of a property. Retrofitting accomplishes all upgrading, modifying, replacing and/or installing specific essentials in a dwelling in order to facilitate compliance with the safety and conservation requirements of city and state ordinances.
As these retrofitting requirements entail conservation and safety precautions, you may be held liable if the buyers of the residence endure damages or additional expenses arising from issues that were not retrofitted in accordance with the proper city and state laws.

We provide extensive documentation with before & after photographs. We also correct sub-standard orders issued through the Building & Safety department.
